Submitted by IP on Tue, 12/16/2008 - 6:07pmThis pollution thing is very bad for the world. I mean like when i went to clean the beach up me and my partner found this HUGE peice of tar and oil put together to make this block of black icky, squishy, stuff. It was like a big soft rock. So when we found it i immidietly made a story.

On 12/12/08 Kaawananakoa middle school went to Kualoa beach park for a field trip. Over there we learned about the water shed and about niu device. We also got a chance to actually see the device. This device has a GPS, a camera, and much more. At the beach we did a beach clean up. I was so amazed, because there were so much trash everywhere. I have never seen so much trash on the beach in my life. I thought the field trip was a really good experience for me. Well I got to go now but i hope we will learn more about project niu!
Type something up!
Submitted by SkyNiu on Thu, 12/04/2008 - 5:52pmKorsak's class, type something up! I'm tired of seeing only students of Yamgata's class only write. Only like 2 people in our class write! If Korsak does end up checking up on our forum thing, we're going to end up in deep trouble! Try to get something please!

Great news! A bunch of stuff happened since I last talked to you.
The coolest part was that I actually got a chance to leave the office over the weekend. The people at Archinoetics wanted to do some tests on my solar panels and batteries. They wanted to see how the solar panels read and if the battery was charging. (I don’t know about you, but I was looking more forward to the sunbathing than the testing.) The only down side to the weekend was that it rained practically the whole time! Good thing I had something to cover up with or I would have been in big trouble.
Final Thoughts
Submitted by Evan on Wed, 04/30/2008 - 7:00pmStudents,
You've spent much of this school year working on Project Niu. So, here are a few final questions for you to think about. I can't wait to read your answers!
- What did you learn in Project Niu?
- Why is it important to protect our environment?
- What can I do to protect our environment?
Mahalo!!!

Your Hypothesis
